The AWB prefix 829 uniquely identifies Bangkok Airways as the issuing carrier and indicates that Bangkok Airways or its ground handling partner will manage the shipment throughout the journey. The 7-digit serial number following the prefix is the unique shipment identifier. The final digit is a check digit calculated using the mod-7 method: divide the serial number by 7 and use only the remainder (0-6) as the check digit, which helps validate the AWB number accuracy.

Wet cargo accepted with maximum 30 kilograms per piece. Different dimensional restrictions apply for ATR versus A319/A320 aircraft, with pallet shipments requiring advance notification.
