Air France Cargo, created as a dedicated division in 1972, is the cargo arm of Air France and operates within Air France-KLM Martinair Cargo, serving more than 400 destinations globally. For the third time, Air France KLM Martinair Cargo has been awarded IATA CEIV Pharma certification for the Air France and KLM airline processes and its Charles de Gaulle and Schiphol hub operations. In December 2020, Air France KLM Martinair Cargo launched the world's first sustainable aviation fuel program dedicated to air cargo, allowing customers to invest in SAF at the time of booking.

Enter your air waybill number in the format 057-XXXXXXX where 057 is the AWB prefix for Air France and the last digit is a check digit calculated using mod-7 (example: 057-12345675). 3. The system will display shipment status, location updates, departure and arrival information, and estimated delivery time. 4. If tracking has not updated after 24 hours, contact Air France KLM Martinair Cargo Customer Care at +33 (0)1 41.56.98.00.

The AWB prefix 057 identifies Air France as the carrier responsible for your shipment. The 7-digit serial number is the unique identifier for your specific cargo shipment. The final digit is a check digit calculated by dividing the 7-digit serial number by 7 and using only the remainder (mod-7 calculation). For example, if your serial number is 1234567, dividing by 7 gives remainder 5, making your complete AWB number 057-12345675. This prefix ensures your shipment is routed through Air France's cargo network and handled according to their procedures.
